Janine Parker

After receiving her B.A. in Studio Art at the University of California in Santa Barbara, Miss Parker then went on to pursue her post graduate studies in Florence, Italy at Scuola Lorenzo de Medici. After leaving Italy, Miss Parker moved to London, England. While working in London, she was first introduced to the method of Montessori. A few years later, upon returning to California, Miss Stephanie enrolled her daughter Charlie, in Peninsula Montessori School. Miss Parker was so impressed with the environment at the school, that when the opportunity to work as an assistant teacher presented itself, she immediately accepted. She has found that incorporating her art background along with the Montessori philosophy is a very exciting and nurturing way to help develop and educate children.
