Percy Jackson

Percy is very skilled in anything artsy. Percy has been teaching Art at Springfield ISD since 2000. He received a BA from California State University, Long Beach and has been teaching since 1999. He was introduced to Springfiled by his niece who attended preschool through 6th grade. He fell in love with the school, which led to a career change from social work to education. His greatest satisfaction is seeing his students get excited about learning another language, the culture and especially when they understand how important Spanish will be for their future. He loves to travel, draw, paint and read. He loves music and spending time with his nieces, nephews, family and friends
